Evolve has moved away from cold calling and towards a social networking and referral based strategy. Why? Anyone can cold call and pitch an open role, but the chance that particular unknown person is interested in, or qualified for, that one role is slim and that doesn’t even consider if they are a good fit for the company. Social networking and referrals are based on relationships and trust and therefore when there is an open role our candidates will listen.

Evolve sources candidates before we have an open role for them. This ensures we are able to truly determine the best candidates for an open role when we get it and not have to send people who are just a fit based on qualifications alone.
